Shruthi Cauvery Iyer, Mrs. India-Universe 2021 Will Now Compete For Mrs. Universe Title at Seoul, South Korea from Nov 27^th to Dec 5^th, 2021

Sushmita Duttagupta will represent Asia as Mrs Asia -Universe at Mrs Universe 2021

Gurugram, Aug 25: After six eventful days filled with excitement, thrill and glamour, Mrs. India – She is India Pageant finally culminated on Aug 22nd 2021, at Hotel Hyatt Regency Gurgaon. Shruthi Cauvery Iyer, Mrs. India-Universe 2021, was crowned the new queen by Ayessha Wadiwala, Mrs. India-Universe 2020. Shruti tonight claimed her crown with a display of sheer grace and poise. Shruti will now be the proud India representative at Mrs. Universe, to be held from Nov 27th to Dec 5th in Seoul, South Korea.

The glittering event also witnessed Sushmita Duttagupta being crowned as Mrs. Asia-Universe 2021. Sushmita will be another Mrs India – She is India winner who will represent the platform internationally. Both the winners competed with 22 other contestants and completely dazzled the panel of judges with their personality, wit and confidence.

Mrs India-She is India (Universe) 1^st Runner Up was Amrita Tripathi, 2^nd Runner Up was Dr. Sonali Vanmali, 3^rd Runner Up was Kiran Rai and the 4^th Runner Up was Shravani Rane. Mrs India -She is India ( International) 1^st Runner Up was Dr. Malleeka Bora, and the 2^nd Runner Up was Dr. Disha Shetty. Noteworthy to mention Ketto India is the charity partner and Dr. Ashwini Meherda won the Mrs. Charity Queen – She is India Crown 2021. She raised funds to support the Purnata NGO, which works for the rehabilitation of sex workers.

Speaking of her victory, Shruthi Cauvery Iyer, Mrs. India-Universe 2021, said, “I am supremely elated to have won the crown and will be going ahead to represent India for the Mrs. Universe pageant at Seoul. It is truly a personal high, and I feel a sense of pride in being able to set an example for women across India and the world. It’s a testimony that women can have it all and conquer the Universe if we desire independently from their marital status. I am grateful to Mrs India-She is India for empowering us with this opportunity.”

Sushmita Duttagupta, Mrs. Asia-Universe 2021, commented on being crowned, “I am looking forward to representing the platform and bring back laurels to the country. I didn’t have the easiest journey, but it was worth it. I would like to take this opportunity to once again thank everyone who supported and guided me through the year, especially the pageant committee, my family and friends.”

Mrs. India – She is India is the nation’s most credible beauty pageant for women. It gives them a platform to unlock their true potential. 24 contestants competed for the Mrs. India – She Is India ’21 crown and were judged by the jury panel consisting of Pageant Director Richa Singh, Bollywood Actress Sangeeta Bijlani, Bollywood Actor Kunal Kapoor, Vikas Singh (Sr. Advocate & President, Supreme Court Bar Association and Former Additional Solicitor General of India), Urmila Baruah, Rohini Mathur, Isha Sahani, Dr. Neha Tyagi and Rita Gangwani. The event was hosted by Bollywood Actors Aditi Govitrikar & Himanshu Malhotra.
